ついつい先延ばしになっていたり、時間が無いからできないとかではなく、
先ずできるところからやってみる。
実行を重ねて、新しいものを創る力をつけていこう。

病気になっては何も出来ない。
病気にならないように、きちんと食事を摂り、睡眠もしっかりとって、
免疫力をあげよう！

You can’t do anything if you get sick.
Eat properly and sleep well so that you don’t get sick.
Boost your immunity!

2020.10.28 「実習生保険研修会」の参加

今日はZOOMで「実習生保険研修会」に参加しました。
実習生も日本人同様に加入義務のある保険があるということを再確認できました。
また、任意加入の民間保険では、公的制度でカバーしきれないトラブルにも対応できることがあるため、
加入の検討余地があるということを理解でき、勉強になりました。

 

Today, I participated in the “Apprentice Insurance Workshop” at ZOOM.
I was able to reconfirm that the trainees have insurance that they are obliged to join as well as Japanese people.
In addition, I learned that there is room for consideration of enrollment because private insurance with voluntary enrollment may be able to deal with problems that cannot be covered by the public system.

今週の総括「10％仕事のスピードをあげてみる！」
だらだらと仕事をするのでは無く、どうやったらスピードアップするか、効率良くできるか考え取り組んでみる。
その結果、スピードをあげるかあげないかではどう違うか自分で比較してみる。
やってみよう！

 

This week’s summary is “Try to speed up your work by 10%!”.
Instead of working lazily, think about how to speed up and make it more efficient. As a result,
I will compare for myself how it differs depending on whether the speed is increased or not.
let’s try it!

今日は「外国人の入国・在留手続きと申請等取次研修会」に参加してきました。
外国人の人材を受け入れる際に必要な出入国在留管理の現状や関係法令等に関する知識を学ぶことができました。

 

Today, I participated in the “Foreign Immigration / Residence Procedures and Application Agency Workshop”.
I was able to learn about the current state of immigration and residence management and related laws and regulations necessary for accepting foreign human resources.
