もうすぐ4月になることから、初心を振り返り仕事に向かおう。
自分の一週間の予定を紙に書き出し、計画立てるのも工夫の一つ。
優先順位を考えながらスケジュール立て、だらだら仕事しないようにしよう。

「常に向上心をもって行動する」
子供に何か教える時に、ダメ!、出来ない!などネガティブな言葉は絶対に言ってはいけない。
やる気が損なわれ、向上心が無くなってしまう。
すごい!もう少し!など前向きに声をかけた方が、向上心が芽生え、成長する。
私たちも、成長できるために、常に向上心をもって行動しよう。
This week’s summary is “Always act with aspirations”
When teaching something to a child, Never say negative words such as “No!” Or “I can’t!”
Motivation is lost and aspirations are lost.
It ’s amazing! A little more! If you speak positively, your aspirations will grow and you will grow.

今週の総括「自分の仕事にプロ意識を持つ」
東日本大震災の際、東京ディズニーランドのキャストたちの対応ぶりが非常に素晴らしかったと評価されている。キャストの多くはアルバイト従業員だそうだが、アルバイトなど関係なく、臨機応変且つ適格に何よりもゲストの安全と安心を考えて行動出来ていた。
日頃からの防災訓練の効果も考えられるが、彼らの高い志がみられて胸が熱くなる。
私たちも何時もそういったプロ意識をもってお客様と接していかねばならない。
This Week’s Summary “Professionalism in my work”
At the time of the Great East Japan Earthquake, the response of the cast members of Tokyo Disneyland was evaluated to be very good. Most of the cast are part-time employees, but regardless of part-time jobs, they were able to act flexibly and properly, considering the safety and security of the guests above all else.
Although the effects of daily disaster prevention drills can be considered, their high aspirations make me feel hot.
We must always treat our customers with such professionalism.
