2020.11.20　リモート面接

2020.11.20

今日は大阪府内のパン職種企業様でカンボジアの技能実習生とリモート面接を行いました。
こちらの企業様へは2期生で、さらに今回追加面接をしていただけました。

合格した技能実習生は4ヶ月後になる2021年3月入国し、翌月4月に企業様に配属予定です。
志しの高い実習生やレベルの高い実習生が多くみられ、企業様も採用決定が悩ましいほどでした。
どの実習生が選ばれるか決定が楽しみです。

 

Today, we had a remote interview with Cambodian technical intern trainees at a bread occupation companies in Osaka prefecture.
I was in the second year of this company and had an additional interview this time.
The successful technical intern trainees will enter Japan in March 2021 four months later,
and will be assigned to a company in April of the following month.
There were many highly motivated trainees and high-level trainees, and it was difficult for companies to make hiring decisions.
I am looking forward to deciding which trainee will be selected.

今週の総括「有言実行」
ついつい先延ばしになっていたり、時間が無いからできないとかではなく、
先ずできるところからやってみる。
実行を重ねて、新しいものを創る力をつけていこう。

2020.11.13　入国予定

現時点で入国の決まっている技能実習生は次のとおりです。
カンボジアから4名（パン製造：2企業様へ各1名ずつ／機械加工：1企業様へ2名）
2021年5月末の予定ですが、入国状況を都度確認していきたいと思います。

 

The technical intern trainees who have been decided to enter Japan at this time are as follows.
4 people from Cambodia (bread making: 1 person each for 2 companies / machining: 2 people for 1 company)
It is scheduled for the end of May 2021, but I would like to check the information on the immigration status each time.

2020.10.28 「実習生保険研修会」の参加

2020.10.28

今日はZOOMで「実習生保険研修会」に参加しました。
実習生も日本人同様に加入義務のある保険があるということを再確認できました。
また、任意加入の民間保険では、公的制度でカバーしきれないトラブルにも対応できることがあるため、
加入の検討余地があるということを理解でき、勉強になりました。

 

Today, I participated in the “Apprentice Insurance Workshop” at ZOOM.
I was able to reconfirm that the trainees have insurance that they are obliged to join as well as Japanese people.
In addition, I learned that there is room for consideration of enrollment because private insurance with voluntary enrollment may be able to deal with problems that cannot be covered by the public system.
