今日は、大阪府内の建築型枠関係の企業様でカンボジアの技能実習生とリモート面接を実施しました。
こちらの企業様は2期生での面接になります。
実習生たちは初めてのリモート面接に緊張した様子でしたが、
日本で働く意欲が感じられました。
5名中2名が採用される予定で、2021年6月入国予定です。
Today, we conducted a remote interview with a Cambodian technical intern trainee at a company related to building formwork in Osaka Prefecture.
This company will be interviewing in the second semester.
They were nervous about my first remote interview, but I felt they were motivated to work in Japan.
Two out of five will be hired and will enter Japan in June 2021.

4名中1名の合格となりました。
2021年3月入国予定です。
入国に向けて書類等、準備を進めていきたいと思います。
