2021.1.22 技能実習生の様子

昨日配属された実習生たち、
今日は足場の道具を教えてもらうことから始まり、
モデル的に足場を組んだり、解体したりと複数の作業を教えていただいていました。
慣れない手つきではあるものの、手順どおりこなしていました。
明日からの作業も楽しみのようです。
Apprentices assigned yesterday,
Today, they start by being taught scaffolding tools,
they were assembling models or dismantle of them, taught plural jobs.
They were unfamiliar, but they did it according to the procedure.
They seem to be looking forward to working from tomorrow.
2021.1.21 技能実習生配属

本日、カンボジアからの技能実習生2名が建設関係の企業様へ配属されました。
実習生たちは終始緊張していた様子でしたが、
明日から始まる実習に気持ちが高まっているようです。
Today, Cambosia two intern trainees have been assigned for construction-related companies.
They seemed nervous from beginning to end,
but they looks like to be excited about the start traning at tomorrow.

今日は、大阪府内の建設関係の企業様でカンボジアの技能実習生とリモート面接を実施しました。
こちらの企業様で技能実習生の面接させていただくのは初めてです。
5名のうち2名が採用、2021年6月出国予定です。
Today, we held a remote interview with a Cambodian technical intern trainee at a construction-related company in Osaka Prefecture.
This is the first time for me to have an interview with a technical intern trainee at this company.
Two of the five have been hired and are scheduled to leave Japan in June 2021.
