今週の総括「つまづいた時にはとにかく考える」
生活、仕事をしているとおのずとつまづくことも出てくる。
そんな時はそのまま突き進まず、ひと呼吸おいて考えてみる。
そうすると見えなかったものもみえてくる。

 

This week’s summary “Think anyway when you stumble”
When I live and work, I sometimes get stumbled.
In such a case, do not push forward as it is, but take a breath and think about it.
Then, some ideas could not be seen.

2020.9.7　月曜定例ミーティング

2020.9.7

毎週月曜日の朝はミーティングを実施しています。
今週の予定や申し送りを行います。
また最後に、スタッフが週変わり当番制で「今週の総括」を発表します。
新たに気付くことが出来たり、スタッフ間で意識統一等が図れ有意義な時間になっています。
こちらの投稿にも毎週ご紹介していきたいと思います。

それでは、今週の総括は「仕事の基本を守る」です。
仕事の基本を守らないと良いものは生まれない。しかしそもそも仕事の基本とは何か。
今一度考えて各自行動しよう！

 

Meetings are held every Monday morning.
We will make a schedule and a report for this week.
Finally, the staff will announce the “Summary of the Week” on a weekly basis.
It is a meaningful time for me to be able to notice new things and to unify the consciousness among the staff.
I would like to introduce it to this post every week.
So this week’s summary is “Keep the basics of work.”
If you don’t follow the basics of work, good things will not be born. But what is the basis of work in the first place?
Think again and act on your own!

2020.6　リモート面接

今日は、パン製造の企業様で、カンボジアの技能実習生とリモート面接を実施しました。
先月の企業様と同様、こちらの企業様も2期生の面接・採用となります。
5名のうち1名が採用され、2021年5月入国予定です。

 

Today is a remote interview with a Cambodian technical intern trainee at a bread company.
Like last month’s company, this company will be an interview and hiring at second-years student, too.
One out of five people will be hired, there are planning to enter Japan for May 2021 years.

今日は、パン製造の企業様で、カンボジアの技能実習生とリモート面接を実施しました。
こちらの企業様では2期生の面接・採用となります。

4名のうち1名が採用され、2021年5月入国予定です。

This company will be an interview and hiring at second-years student.

今日は、建設関係の企業様で、カンボジアの技能実習生とリモート面接を実施しました。
こちらの企業様で技能実習生の面接させていただくのは初めてです。

6名のうち2名が採用され、2021年1月入国予定です。

 

Today is a remote interview with a Cambodian technical intern trainee at a building cleaning company.
This is the first time for me to have an interview with a technical intern trainee at this company.
Two out of six people will be hired, there are planning to enter Japan for January 2021 years.
