今日は、大阪府内のパン職種の企業様でカンボジアの技能実習生とリモート面接を実施しました。
こちらの企業様では2期生で、さらに今回追加面接となりました。
パン職種はカンボジアでも人気の職種です。彼女たちは、自分の夢を叶えるため一生懸命企業様にアピールしていました。
5名中1名採用され、2021年5月入国予定です。

 

Today, we had a remote interview with Cambodian technical intern trainees at a bread occupation companies in Osaka prefecture.
This company is in the second semester, and this time it was an additional interview.
Bread occupation is also a popular occupation in Cambodia. They worked hard to appeal to the company to make their dreams come true.
One out of five people will be hired and will enter Japan in May 2021.

今日は、大阪府内の建築型枠関係の企業様でカンボジアの技能実習生とリモート面接を実施しました。
こちらの企業様は2期生での面接になります。
実習生たちは初めてのリモート面接に緊張した様子でしたが、
日本で働く意欲が感じられました。
5名中2名が採用される予定で、2021年6月入国予定です。

 

Today, we conducted a remote interview with a Cambodian technical intern trainee at a company related to building formwork in Osaka Prefecture.
This company will be interviewing in the second semester.
They were nervous about my first remote interview, but I felt they were motivated to work in Japan.
Two out of five will be hired and will enter Japan in June 2021.
